All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

xxbb shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, or other events of force majeure.
xxbb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if xxbb reasonably believes that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. Upon suspension, access to the account and all associated funds may be frozen pending investigation.
You may close your xxbb account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
